Originally created as Creative Letter Lights in 2017, and then changed to Flicker and Bloom in 2019.

We now welcome you to

Be Bright By Balloon Expressions in 2022.

We have been in the industry of everything events for over 15 years. Be Bright plans to make the the Illawarra and surrounding suburbs, be a little bit luxe and a little bit gangsta with our light up letters, numbers and neon lights.
